For Head Finance: -1

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management form a recognized University/ College
  • At least 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, practices and regulations in the financial industry with specific knowledge of stock market operations.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

For Head Compliance: - 1

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management form a recognized University/ College
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial industry, with specific experience in stock market compliance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as SEBON regulations and familiarity with compliance standards like KYC, AML and insider trading regulations.
  • Certification in compliance or related field (e.g. certified compliance professional) is a plus point.

For Head Human Resource: - 1

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management form a recognized University/ College.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with specific experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Proven track record of leading recruitment efforts, talent management, and employee development initiatives.

For Trading Officer: - 2

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management form a recognized University/ College.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in trading roles, preferably in the stock market or related financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in using trading platforms and software, as well as analytical tools for market analysis.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

For Customer Service Representative / Assistant/ Junior Assistant: 1 / Few

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum intermediate Level in Management form recognized University/ College.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of total broker office experience in related function.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Other General Requirements for all above positions:

  • Excellent Communication and strong Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate is must.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Head Finance, Head Compliance, Head HR and not exceeding 35 years for Trading Officer and not exceeding for 25 years for Customer Service, Assistant, and Junior Assistant as on the last day of application.
