Job Position: Assistant - 1


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelors' Level qualification from recognized University.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in DP management & KYC handling, preferably in the stock markets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Age: 18 years completed and not exceeding 30 years on the last day of application date.

Job Position: Trainee Assistant (Customer Service Representative) - 1


Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum + 2 Level qualification (Preferably bachelor's degree) from recognized University.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Age: 18 years completed and not exceeding 30 years on the last day of application date.

Other General Requirements for all above positions:


  • Excellent Communication and strong Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate is must.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
